About SPUNLA

SPUNLA was created in 2001 with a simple mission: to help people discover the best of Los Angeles nightlife. Back then, finding out about the hottest clubs, underground parties, and special events meant knowing the right people or being in the right place at the right time.

We started with a focus on electronica, especially house music. LA's electronic scene was thriving - warehouse parties, underground raves, and club nights that brought together DJs and dancers from across the city. That passion for electronic music remains at our core.

Over time, we expanded to cover the full spectrum of LA nightlife - from legendary Hollywood clubs to secret warehouse raves in the Arts District, from rooftop lounges with skyline views to intimate jazz bars in Silver Lake. We've been there through it all.

Over the years, we've watched neighborhoods transform, venues come and go, and new scenes emerge. Through it all, our goal has remained the same: to be your trusted guide to finding your moment in the city of angels.

Today, SPUNLA continues that tradition. We curate venues, events, and experiences across LA's diverse neighborhoods - from the glitz of West Hollywood to the underground sounds of Downtown, from beach bars in Venice to Latin nights in East LA.
